Responsibilities:
- Assist to Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- Liaise with emmployees / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Preparation of progress report, and site expenses details.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Qualifications:
- Any diploma or degree related to construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using microsoft word and excell documentation, and project management.
- Good attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
