Job Description
1.Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations
2.To monitor operational metrics to ensure production schedules, output standards and targets are met.
3.Leads investigations and determines the root cause of any production delays, disruptions or quality excursions and implements solutions.
4.Responsible for production output, product qualityand on-time shipping
5.To ensure that project / department milestones or goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
6.Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
7.To estimate production costs and coordinating operations
8.Maintaain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.
9.Oversee daily floor operations
10.Address employees issues or gievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
Job Responsibilites
1.Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
2.Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
3.Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
4.Computer literacy
5.Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
6.Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
7.Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field with 3 to 5 years experience
8.Must work in irregular shift patterns (including Night Shifts) and ready to support on weekends and public holidays at necessary time
