The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Document Processors
- 4 positions available
- Focus: For scanning, retrieval, uploading etc of documentations for existing GML (Global Margin Lending) facilities into system (documentum).
- Able to commit fully to a 3 months contract
- Possible 2 shifts: 830am to 530pm or 10am to 7pm
- Location: East
The Talent
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS applications
- The staff will be required to understand the different facilities under Global Margin Lending (GML) from system and recognizes the different legal documents that are tagged under them
- The staff will be required to retrieve/ scan/ upload the existing legal documents in full and filed under the correct doc ID/ doc Type to system (documentum).
- Perform checking for quality/ clear scanning, and reconciliation activities.
The Job
- Asia Margin Lending has initiated a project to improve Margin Lending capital treatment through SFT treatment. One of the key requirements is to have a robust process and control around client legal document retention/ retrievability.
- As per current process, the documents in system are mostly partial and not index under correct group to address retrievability.
- As part of the clean-up process, the role that we are hiring will be helping with the one time clean up to scan existing legal documents for GML facilities into existing system (documentation).
