Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the retails stores
- Manage the inventory, conduct stock take and ensure stocks are available at all times
- Reponsible for the product display and merchandising
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency
- Responsible to hire and train all retail staff
- Manage the work roster and ensure there are sufficient manpower to run the day to day operations
- Responsible for cost control
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in performing Arts, CIPD professional certificate an advantage
- Min 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Possess strong analytical and leadership skills with good business acumen.
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in retail operations and a passion to drive the brand forward
- Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
- Willing to work retail working hours.
- Able to work on weekends and to put in long working hours.
