The Role

As a Venue & Bookings Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for venue bookings, venue and facilities upkeep and cleanliness for DANAMIC’s premises and venues.

You will be part of a dynamic team, empowered to provide top-in-class venue and customer service to our range of private, industry, and corporate clients. Alongside all of this, you will also work alongside internal DANAMIC and DNMC projects to host company events and events for the company’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work with the Venue Manager to manage venue booking requests received either directly or through online booking platforms for any of our available venues
  • You are to assist with our internal scheduling calendar, ensuring that it is updated and there are no clashes with bookings
  • You are to assist with replying to booking requests promptly and provide good customer service through online and offline communications
  • You are to be present to host guests and to provide support where possible
  • You are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the venues that DANAMIC offers, ensuring that they are in good condition for every booking, and are returned to their original condition after every booking
  • You will be required to provide suggestions for improvement of the venues, processes, and packages based on customer feedback and personal experiences, such that the overall booking experience and venue management can be continuously improved and streamlined
  • You will execute improvement plans for the venues

Skills & Experiences

  • 1-2 years of prior working experience, with experience in the service and hospitality industry being a bonus
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with the working team and customers
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes
  • Experience in studio management or events management and knowledge of photo and video production equipment will be a bonus
