Our client is a Government Link Company in Recreational and Entertainment industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager (PDPA & Risk Compliance) to join their team to assist in ongoing transformation projects. They are located at South - easily accessible.
Job Duties:
- Conduct regular non-IT audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Keep abreast of pertinent laws and regulations, crafting and revising compliance policies and procedures accordingly, and disseminating these changes throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate controls, pinpoint compliance vulnerabilities and risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate such risks.
- Provide training to staff on risk control and compliance matters, and regularly update them on emerging legislative issues.
- Supervise the preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities, while maintaining accurate and well-organized compliance documentation.
- Investigate and address instances of compliance policy violations and breaches of personal data.
Job Duties:
- Min Degree in relevant industry
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Risk Compliance and PDPA
- Certified practitioner in PDPA is highly preferred
