- Collect, input, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and updating records as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline data entry processes and improve data management efficiency.
- Work with institution site HR and share best practise/knowledge on Human Resources Information System(HRIS) functionality and data entry procedures.
- Assist to troubleshoot any HRIS data entry related issues or enhancement.
- Filing and maintenance of all HRIS related documentation.
- Assist on team meeting, special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
