- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department.
- Oversee and expand the overall portfolio to achieve the department's targets for both new and renewal businesses.
- Develop new business strategies and ensure an excellent retention rate for the existing portfolio.
- Formulate cross-sell strategies with other business units and existing clients.
Requirements:
- BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certified
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 6 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience.
