about the job
You will be required to:-
- Be the point of contact for any customer queries and/or complaints, with timely follow ups to ensure they are resolved.
- Assisting customers with banking transactions such as opening and closing of accounts.
- Ensuring the availability of credit limits and that proper instructions are made for Loan drawdowns, rollover and repayments.
- Assisting in fixed deposit interest rate fixing
skills and experience required
- Minimally a Diploma in Banking and Finance or a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience within client services in a corporate bank
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
