Our client is a well-established company, one of the leading players providing energy solutions in market. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager & Business Partnering (FP&A) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance thoroughly.
- Assist in business planning with financial analysis.
- Provide financial and operational support to various teams.
- Offer finance insights for informed decision-making.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, and forecasts and budgets.
- Review monthly work progress and variances.
- Compile monthly performance reports.
- Provide support for budgeting and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units.
- Contributing to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Finance or any relevant field.
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in Audit Firm is a bonus.
