Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person will develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand’s objectives are achieved.
Brand Management and Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing activities and marketing plans for new product and seasonal launches, etc. to boost brand’s visibility and awareness in the Beauty industry
- Liaise and work closely with Social Media agency to manage and maintain the brand's presence on Social Media platforms.
- Liaise and work closely with PR agency to develop, manage and maintain new product and seasonal launches, with its activities associated with PR.
- Copywriting for marketing materials and communications
- Drive partnerships with media titles, other brands and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the daily operations and promotional campaigns
- Measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
- Other ad-hoc task required by the management
Requirements
- Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 1 year working experience in either a sales/marketing function, preferably in the Beauty industry)
- Proficient in MS Office; especially with focus on Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good copywriting and copy-editing skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
- Able to work in Central CBD area
