Job Description:
- Assist with small value purchases and other procurement matters such as ITQs and RFQs if the temp staff has relevant government procurement experience.
- Sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders, and maintaining good business relationships.
- Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing of inventory well.
- Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in a timely manner.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries promptly.
Job Requirement:
- Competent in Excel and MS Word.
- Meticulous and have an eye for details.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment within tight timeline.
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player and service oriented.
- Experience in procurement is preferred.
- Fully Vaccinated
- Preferred A Level/Diploma holder and above
