Responsibilities:
- Generate daily shipping reports using MS Access.
- Coordinate shipment bookings with 4PL.
- Manage shipment bookings with customer-nominated freight forwarders.
- Arrange and book trucks for local and Malaysia road deliveries.
- Coordinate with Outbound Warehouse for product readiness.
- Follow up eligibility for Free Trade Agreement CO application.
- Prepare and check Dangerous Goods Declaration and PM4 for dangerous goods declaration.
- Generate Safety Data Sheet and manage Archive.
- Coordinate trucking in and out of containers with forwarders and warehouse.
- Dispatch shipping documents to consignees/customers.
- Prepare letter of credit.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in logistics or supply chain environment.
- certification in Dangerous Goods Declaration IATA and IMO will be an added advantage.
- knowledge of SAP & MS Excel preferred
