ASIA COFFEE HOUSE PTE. LTD. is a vibrant coffee shop passionate about serving delicious coffee and fostering a warm community space. We are looking for a motivated cashier to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing customer transactions for coffee drinks, food items, and retail products.
- Accept various forms of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets) and provide correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Replenish coffee and drink supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure accurate till balancing.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming coffee shop environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on friendliness and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Cashier experience (preferred).
- Strong cash handling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
- A passion for coffee (a plus!)
