Work closely with all departments to identify, evaluate and monitor key operational risks faced by AIAS
- Design and implement frameworks, policies and processes to enhance the management of AIAS' operational risks
- Support the Operational Risk Committee in its objective in ensuring that policies, frameworks and programs are implemented appropriately
- Work closely with all departments to identify, evaluate and monitor key operational risks
- Develop program to foster and sustain an effective risk culture/risk assessment within the organization
- Conduct incident investigation and work with various stakeholders to ensure incidents are managed and reported in a timely manner
- Review and support first line departments on outsourcing matters, including assessment of outsourcing arrangement and due diligence exercise
- Support and participate in the implementation of risk-related projects/initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in insurance or relevant consulting and/or auditing
- Excellent and hands on experience in operational risk management frameworks, methodologies & tools, risk and control assessments
- Possesses a strong risk and control management mindset, constantly paying attention to details and have ability to perform deep-dive investigation
- Knowledge/experience in Technology Risk and Information Security Risk would be a plus
- Possesses a positive attitude and an excellent team player who is also able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
