Responsibilities
- Provide chronic disease, activities of daily living and/or palliative advice and counselling, as well as nursing procedures such as nasogastric tube insertion, catheter management and wound care.
Job Requirements
- min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing board
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in gerontology and / or palliative care
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team, families and caregivers
- Service oriented with good communication skills and a love for clinical care delivery.
