JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Organize, deliver and record architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation order and certification of work done
- Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards
- Provide advice on all architectural related matters
- Prepare architectural works schedule and Architecture program
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
- Implement and ensure QC plan
- Provide regular reports to the Project manager on the progress of architectural works
- Conquas Supervisor / Manager experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Recognised Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Building Construction Industry
