Job Summary
You will provide support to Food Services operations by assisting the F&B Executive in the management of the meal ordering system, outsourced vendors, procurement and food distribution.
Job Scope
- Timely maintenance of food and crockery inventory
- Developing and updating of recipes and performing checks on food ingredients issued to Cooks
- Ensuring meals are served timely and according to correct temperature, statutory and religious guidelines
- Conducting quality control checks on food items received
- Raising of bill payments according to Delivery Orders and Invoices
Requirements
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in any discipline or Diploma any discipline
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours
Any 5-6 days in between Mon - Sun
2 rotating shifts
- 7am - 3pm
- 1130am - 730pm
