Job Descriptions
- Assist the Chef-in-charge in the preparation of food in accordance to the recipes and menus
- General cleaning of the kitchen area
- Assist to ensure a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed
- Assist in stock taking and storage of stock, including checking deliveries
- Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required
- Report to the Chef-in-charge
