Finance Role for Infinity FA

Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of all incoming commission from insurers/providers and match them with the inception reports provided
- Upload the correct report into commission system to submit to payroll to make payments to the advisors on a bi-weekly basis
- Attend to queries from advisors if need be for any miscalculation of commission paid out
- Handle firm’s outgoing and incoming cashflow on a monthly basis- collection of invoices and work with firm’s external accounting firm to prepare the monthly report
Requirements
- Experience of working in an insurance related or financial advisory firm in Singapore
- Strong in analytical skill
- Love for numbers
