Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and delivery of innovative solutions to address complex business challenges across diverse disciplines and business units.
- Act as the primary representative for the organization in advocating digital transformation strategies, particularly in large sales opportunities and strategic growth initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
- Assume overall accountability for the design and development of comprehensive operational and technical solutions aimed at driving outcome-based results for clients.
- Lead the formulation of bid and solution strategies, designs, and cost structures, typically managing Total Contract Value (TCV) of $10 million and above.
- Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to implementation, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement IT/digital solutions to address business challenges.
- Experienced in both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions such as ServiceNow, MicroFocus, and BMC.
- Knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their applications.
- Proficient in network management, including WAN and LAN technologies.
- Ability to analyze and derive insights from data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Experienced in managing platforms and operating systems including Windows, Linux, and VMWare.
- Proficiency in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
