Job Responsibilities
- Expand the client base business through cold calling and tenders
- Maintains and builds strong relationships with new and existing clients by having good understanding of clients’ business, unique needs and goals
- Communicates effectively with clients and proactively meeting or exceeding clients’ service expectations to ensure clients’ satisfaction
- Attend to and follow up with client requests, queries and feedback
- Be involved in the preparation of quotation, proposal and presentation to clients
- Perform administrative duties to support ad-hoc marketing projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience in the energy/utilities industry, more experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Executive position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
