Job Description
- Inspect machines to discover functionality issues.
- Perform repairs or replacement of wear parts.
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, vehicles and equipment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of department.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a technician in maintaining foods processing production line, machineries, utilities or other industries.
- Familiar with working on PLC control system, motor speed controller and position controller, temperature controller, AC & DC control systems, pneumatic system, steam line components, air compressor, boiler, electrical distribution system, general building repair work.
- Familiar and can work independently on preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works on equipment such as conveyor, gearbox, pneumatic and hydraulic system, 3 phase motor starter and drives, electro-mechanical system, basic electrical and electronic control, temperature controller, simple building & M&E repair works.
- NITEC cert in Mechanical/Mechantronic/Electrcial/Electronic Engineering or related, or similar trade qualification from Asean countries.
- 5.5 days week.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
- Able to attend emergency breakdown after work hours.
