Responsibilities
- To achieve Company’s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
- To manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Coordinate with different department and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Maintain teamwork by incorporating positive attitude
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
- Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice
- Sales support – preparing Quotation, oversea coordinate, monthly tariff & reporting
- Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company
Requirement
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
- Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms
- Good command of English written and spoken
- Good customer service and communication skills
