Indoor Sales Executive cum Sales Support

Responsibilities

  • To achieve Company’s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
  • To manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact
  • Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
  • Coordinate with different department and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
  • Maintain teamwork by incorporating positive attitude
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
  • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
  • Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice
  • Sales support – preparing Quotation, oversea coordinate, monthly tariff & reporting
  • Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company

Requirement

  • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
  • Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms
  • Good command of English written and spoken
  • Good customer service and communication skills
