ROLE
The Associate Creative Director is responsible for concept creation of advertising campaigns from traditional to experiential to digital. You lead and inspire the interpretation of client briefs into award winning creative concepts and ideas. The Associate Creative Director will need to be in touch with the latest cultural and digital trends. You provide guidance from ideation to production and will have to work well with teams, under pressure and tight deadlines. Craft should be of the highest priority, with the ability to bring to life creative concepts to their fullest potential. You are a partner to the business leadership and strategy functions, fronting client relationships.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a digitally minded, wickedly talented, conceptual creative with:
- Relevant experience working on regional/international campaigns
- International experience is ideal
- Proven track record with award winning ideas on an international level
- Media agnostic thinking and execution
- Strong communications skills
- Flawless presentation skills
SKILLS
The candidate must possess/be:
- An independent conceptual thinker with a strong flair for storytelling
- A leader fronting and motivating the junior teams on initiatives for new and existing clients
- Passion to drive, inspire and be able to challenge briefs
- Flawless presentation skills
- A digital native
- Comfortable with social platforms and content production
DEPARTMENT
As an integral member of the core Creative Department there is an expectation to contribute to the discipline, team and culture in a number of ways;
- Mentor, share knowledge, experience, offer guidance and expertise among junior members with the aim of growing talent and elevating the craft of the department
- Help contribute to and develop BBH IP and agency process when appropriate
- Contribute to creative and effectiveness awards at an international level
- Get involved with departmental initiatives such as learning and industry events
CLIENTS
Client responsibilities vary over time with a mix of retained relationships and project-based assignments.
