Responsibilities
Experience with Oracle Linux Virtualization.
• Experience should include capacity planning, VM migration, recovery, and report
generation for the Oracle Linux.
• Experience in Redhat OpenShift will be an added advantage.
• Operating system experience in Linux.
• Experience in PowerEdge Servers.
• Managing and monitoring Servers (the lifecycle management of the Servers).
• Good problem solver focused with ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
• Hands on experience with end user applications-translating capacity requirements into
infrastructure deployment technology.
• Experience with an organization with a key reliance on 24x7 reliability.
• Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts/shell scripting will be
an added advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills/Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or 5 years equivalent experience is
required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on server/storage design and implementation.
• Dell Technologies server/storage or equivalent level of certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience of configuration and troubleshooting with server/storage protocols.
• Hands-on experience with storage switches and routers is preferred.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with server is required.
• Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and tasks and follow through to
completion on strict deadlines.
