What you'll do:
As an Asset Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be handling Corporate Actions events related to Equity and Fixed Income products. You will ensure accurate processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions distributions while managing both internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action issues. Your commitment to adhering to documented procedures, control guidelines, and compliance framework will be essential. You will also attend to reconciliation breaks in accounts daily, ensuring all queries are promptly attended to and investigated. Your support in change by assisting in devising and implementing improved processes will be invaluable. Additionally, you will participate in project initiatives and take up ad hoc tasks as required while managing operational risk associated with the processes.
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions distributions accurately and on a timely basis (e.g. dividends, scrip/currency elections, REITs distributions, interest/redemption)
- Manage internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action issues
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Attend to reconciliation breaks in accounts on a daily basis
- Ensure that all queries are attended to and investigated promptly
- Support change by assisting in devising and implementing improved processes
- Participate in project initiatives and take up ad hoc tasks as required
- Manage operational risk associated within the processes
