Our Client is a leading leader in the communications and cyber security sector. They are looking for talents to be a part of their growing team!

Job Description

  • Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
  • Call candidates to schedule interview sessions
  • Administer tests as part of the selection process
  • Follow up with candidates on any other matters
  • Tracking of candidates in excel
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

  • Min diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice

Working Hours

  • Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
  • Long term preferably. Flexi Day.
  • Dhoby Ghaut / City Hall / Clark Quay MRT
