My client is a renowned Bank in Singapore and am on the lookout for Contact Center Support (Contract).


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire up to 7 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years focusing on Contact Center applications within the banking/financial services sector.
  • Exhibit knowledge and familiarity with Avaya Contact Center solution, if possible.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in 3-tier architecture applications to:
  • Provide Level 2 support by comprehending application architecture and interfaces for effective troubleshooting.
  • Support daily IT operations, resolving production issues by analyzing and proposing workaround solutions for service recovery.
  • Specify monitoring requirements, anticipate system abnormalities, and proactively prevent potential issues.
  • Perform application capacity planning and conduct performance tuning.
  • Engage in regular disaster recovery simulations and exercises.
  • Display strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal IT teams, business units/operations, and external vendors.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and mitigate batch issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for preventive measures.
  • Execute administration and optimization tasks to achieve optimal system performance.
  • Review technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project teams to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Propose design and operational optimizations.
  • Provide timely responses to queries from various business units.
  • Offer regular updates on status, progress, issues, and resolutions to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project/enhancement teams for the smooth transition of operations to the run team.
