Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional consultation and recommend professional health programs to customers
- Assist Doctor for all clients related issue and providing dietary counselling/plan to customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to carry out the branding and awareness activities i.e. Health talk or other related events / exhibitions.
- Resolves customers’ issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform nutrition screening with reliable screening tools to evaluate customer risks
- Level of criticality and direct services while adhering to the Standards of Practice (SOP) in Nutrition Care
- Conduct nutritional assessments with suitable method which may include:-
Identifying and recording of medical anthropometry, biochemical, social and environmental data necessary to plan nutritional management
Perform diet interviews to obtain a comprehensive diet history
Provide customers follow-up regarding their dietary / nutrition programme
- Perform any other duties / responsibilities as assigned
- Detailing products to potential customers and assisting in Sales and Marketing products, creating and support on promotions or marketing activities
- Taking care of customer enquiries about health information of products as well as answering online queries about nutrition.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree or higher in Nutrition / Dietetics Community Health or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Positive working attitude with good learning spirit and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and service-oriented
