The Cluster Marketing Intern is responsible to support the integrated marketing portfolio for the cluster of hotels comprising online (social media, website, guest reviews) and offline marketing (PR, partnerships, collaterals, integrated campaigns).
Your Day to Day Job Responsiblities includes -
Digital Marketing
• Support the development and ideation of the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social
media content (Facebook, Instagram) in accordance with approved social content strategy.
• Support the creative production for the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social and SEM
content through photography, videography and/or designing of collaterals.
• Support the development and implementation of KOL outreach initiatives to drive awareness
and conversion (online and offline) among key source markets.
• Support ongoing hygiene maintenance of brand websites to ensure information is accurate,
relevant and exciting for the intended audience.
• Contribute to ongoing guest service excellence efforts by responding to guests’ reviews on
brand’s website and online travel agencies’ websites in a timely, personalised and professional
manner.
Promotions & Partnerships
• Support the development and conceptualization of win-win partnerships that drive strong value
proposition.
• Support creative production of online (e.g. social media, EDM) and offline content (e.g. POSMs,
guest-facing collaterals), including but not limited to conceptualization, design, photography &
videography production and copywriting.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of promotions and
partnership initiatives.
Public Relations (PR)
• Support the coordination of media activities (e.g. media release, media drops, media hosting)
that drive creative news-making opportunities.
• Support the tracking and consolidation of monthly press clippings for reporting and internal
review.
Accountability:
Reports to the Cluster Marketing & PR Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotels including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Internship experience of corporate marketing across both offline and online platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of copy and creative assets development
- Basic understanding of CMS usage; demonstrated experience of utilization of such CMS is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social channels functionalities
- Strong linguist with effective English and Chinese literacy.
- Problem solver at heart with a can-do attitude, who is able to navigate through ambiguity.
