Working hours: 9am – 7pm, flexible lunch hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast and lunch (Sandwiches, snacks and fruit platter) for the employees of the company (approximately 10-15 pax)
- Shopping for groceries and sourcing for ingredients for meal preparations.
- Plan, prepare, cook and serve dinner daily for Director’s family on timely manner (4 pax)
- Cooking of Szechuan, Cantonese, or Shanghainese cuisine
- Basic western cooking for kids is a plus
- Prepare lunch box for kids – breakfast or lunch for next day
- Stock, organise and clean kitchens and cooking utensils
- Maintain high level of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Constantly research, develop and propose new menu
Requirements
- Must have experience in cooking for 2-4 years
- Exceptional proven ability in managing kitchen operation, budget and procurement
- Excellent time management skills
- Occasionally OT on Saturday or Sunday if is needed
