What you will do

Team Leadership

  • Assign and rotate responsibilities.
  • Manage team development.
  • Monitor performance.

Customer Collaboration and Improvement

  • Drive improvements with affiliates.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and reviews.

Customer Order Processing and Shipment Management

  • Ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage backlog and communicate proactively.
  • Ensure accurate billing and CN issuance.

What you bring

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Environment
  • Customer service experience with customer centric mindset
  • Leadership experience is highly preferred

Personal competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
