Cuirrently, we are assisting one of our MNC clients to lookout for Informatica Admin Support. Interested candidates comfortbale with 12 motnsh contract, option to renew annualy are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
1. Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery for GIC project
2. Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently
3. Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets
4. Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality
5. Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues
Manage and guide junior resources.
