Looking for Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1) Manage daily operations of the company, including daily operations, order fulfilment to
ensure minimal customer complaints.
2) Effectively manage the Company's inventories, including procurement, logistics, tracking, reporting, cost control.
3) Lead and oversee the employees to ensure that all operations are smooth.
4) Communicate and regularly monitor SOP compliance for all staffs.
5) Manages the growth and success of the team.
6) Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
Skills:
1) Active participation in strategic planning process involving setting of objectives, refining processes and development of business growth strategies.
2) Ability to lead teams to work together to achieve desired outcomes.
3) Project management skills in deployment of resources to meet tight deadlines.
4) How to handle clients, vendors and suppliers in a professional manner.
5) How to make decisions quickly based on available information.
6) Ability to be proactive and also to foresee events and react appropriately towards different situations.
