- Oversee all production related matters within the organization.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and manpower to achieve targets.
- Ensuring the quantity of finished goods meet the production schedule.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes with Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
- Supervising, motivate and review performance of production workers.
- Comply with food hygiene & work safety guidelines.
- Maintaining and improvising the current inventory system. Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly production plans have enough labels, raw materials, packaging materials and other consumables.
- Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications.
- Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issue.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in production line are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer literate
- Familiar with HALAL, SFA / HACCP and ISO22000 is a plus
- Be decisive, committed and able to work under pressure.
- Positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
