- Part 2 Architecture Degree from a recognized university
- at least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- good communication skills in English
- Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
- Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage
- Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
- Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
- competent in Revit, AutoCad, Photoshop and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
- remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications
