Roles & Responsibilities
1) To take charge of processing and co-ordination of Orders from all markets e.g. Southeast Asia, USA, Europe, Brazil, Japan, etc
2) To be the main interface window with Japan Headquarters domestic sales organisation
3) To visit customers, explain product features, technically understand customers’ requirements, and communicate them to Production Department in Japan
4) To understand production process and adjust the delivery along with relevant departments
5) To understand product features and suggest required options to respective staff
6) To oversee all internal communication and documentation with Production Department
7) To communicate and liaise all orders related information and issues with Production Control Department
8) To promote timely response and reply to all queries from all markets
9) To take charge of all Run-Off events for customers
10) To make sales materials and price list of Singapore made machines for all markets
11) To act as after sales support interface window person for Japan market
12) To conduct product information sharing session and presentation
13) To train and educate new staff
14) To prepare relevant reports in Japanese language for submission to HQ
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
2) Minimum 3 years relevant experience especially in handling export sales of industrial products
3) Possess knowledge of metal cutting and machine tool business in manufacturing environment
4) Understand the technical specifications and features of products
5) Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
6) Fluent in both English and Japanese languages (both oral and written are equally important)
