As a team member of an Agile Squad and in liaison with the Product Owner, you are responsible for the following activities:
• Implement software factory infrastructure and services
• Integrate and enhance Services with IA innovative technology, such as Large Models Gen AI, to improve User experience and efficiency
• Automate the deployment of software development infrastructure and services
• Automate security processes to accelerate deployment while ensuring compliance with security standards
• Propose innovative ways of accelerating secure software development
• Train and raise awareness among development teams and end users about security best practices
• Respond to operation incidents, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Your previous experiences have allowed you to develop the following skills and knowledge:
• DevSecOps principles and practices, and how they apply in a customer-facing context
• Mastery of workstation operating systems, development and security tools.
• Knowledge of Go and Rust
• Proficient in DevSecOps tools like GitLab, Terraform, K8S, FluxCD, ArgoCD, etc., for continuous integration and delivery
• Ability to work closely with development, operations and security teams
• Ability to analyze complex security issues and find effective solutions
• Understanding of different technological environments and platforms
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and respond effectively
• Constantly stay informed of the latest trends and threats in new technologies and security to offer the best solutions to customers
Furthermore, you have good organisational and rigorous skills. You have excellent interpersonal and listening skills which allow you to work in a team and independently.
