Role Description

You play a key role in shaping the future of Propseller by bringing in the right talent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead TA team and functionWork with leaders: Reporting to the People and Culture Director, you work with the CEO and team leaders to address the TA/recruiting needs by aligning with business objectives, developing TA strategy and delivering hiring plans;
Oversee hiring: you are the go-to person responsible for all TA-related matters;
Manage a team: manage and mentor junior members of the team;
Improve recruiting operations: define and monitor metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency.
- Hands-on hiring: end-to-end hiring for some roles.
- Employer branding and attractionEmployer branding: lead and own employer branding and talent attraction initiatives;
Campus hiring:Oversee campus hiring and build relationships with local universities and polytechnics;
Participate in and organize campus and industry events.
- OthersImprove hiring capability: improve talent pipelining, marketing mapping, and assessment methodologies;
Ad hoc projects: manage talent programs.
Must-have skills, qualifications and attributes
- Degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in TA;
- Minimum 1-year experience with a fast-growing startup;
- Excellent pitching and storytelling of the value propositions of the company and role;
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills;
- Strong ability in guiding hiring managers in selecting and converting candidates into hires;
- Demonstrated capability in managing projects or a small team;
- Outstanding service orientation; a high level of energy and personal integrity;
- Attention to detail;
- Hands-on and strong execution of plan, and demonstrated track record of achievement in TA.
- Analytical and data-driven; you use numbers and data to make decisions;
Other preferred skills and attributes
- Experience in managing and leading talent programs;
- Have high standards for oneself and constantly push for personal new heights;
- Experience working with web-based ATS, Google Suite tools.
