Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the UI design work of company's various project products, including mobile and desktop products.
- Collaborate with other teams to design existing products or the design of new upcoming products.
- Product analysis; product optimisation; formulate design specifications; develop design specifications.
- Review work of junior designers and provide technical guidance to improve designs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above; graduated from art design, visual communication and other related majors.
- More than five years of software UI design.
- Excellent design aesthetic ability and full understanding of currrent design trends.
- Solid basic design skills.
- Proficient in design communication (e.g., articulating design decisions to stakeholders).
- Experience in designing Fintech product is a plus.
