Working Hours : 9.00am – 6.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Expected salary: S$2,300 – S$3,000 (depending upon relevant experience)
Location: Novena
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with internal stakeholders and printer to assist in preparing marketing collaterals artwork
2. Provide general admin and roadshow activities support for unsecured cards / loans business
3. Work with vendor and stakeholders to co-ordinate and support roadshow activities onsite
4. Preparation of sales reports
5. Manage inventory control for premiums, uniforms, printers, work kiosk, etc.
6. Conduct onsite audit on inventories kept by vendors
7. Liaise with IT Helpdesk for technical support for agents
8. Put up payment request for invoices received
9. Carry out any other administrative support functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Min. 3 GCE O level passes (including credit in English)
• Possess good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot table, v-lookup, etc.
• Able to co-ordinate well and possess good written skills
• A committed team player who can work independently and willing to work hard
