Job Description:
To lead and oversee the business planning, marketing, product planning and sales admin department in supporting the company’s sales business.
The duties as the head of the department will include overseeing daily business activities, coordinating business operations, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / management / Sales Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar industry with at least 5 years in a management role leading a team.
- Has strong understanding of business and operational processes flow.
- Good understanding of branding and product positioning
- Excellent leadership qualities, collaborative with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Japanese (written and spoken) with ability to communicate effectively to liaise with various stakeholders in Japan HQ and our subsidiaries in the ASEAN region including India, UAE and Australia.
