Job Description
- To perform data gathering from client and data entry
- Provide professional and timely advice to the clients for queries relating to our services.
- Provide good customer service
- Actively engage the clients in document retrieving, send reminders to clients
- Actively update the company data tracking system to ensure all work is up to date
- Able to handle simple report write ups
- Work with our business consultants on projects
- Any ad-hoc work by management.
Job requirements
- Experienced in customer service/account management.
- Able to engage client in a positive manner.
- Able to constantly keep track of your work progress and not miss out on tasks.
- Open-minded and be quick to adapt to work style changes when implemented.
- Have acceptable English writing skills.
- Experienced in using Microsoft words, excel, Chat-GPT and etc is preferred.
