Roles:
The Human Resource (HR) cum Admin Executive will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.
Responsibilities:
- Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
- Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment for contract terms and conditions
- Assist in all Recruitment Acctivities & Work Pass Applications such as Work Permit/SPass/EPass application and pass renewal
- Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
- Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
- Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and other required certifications in Construction Sector
- Communicate with the accommodation for foreign employees
- Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM or its equivalent education certificate
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field
- Good understanding of human resources functions
- Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
- Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
- Positive attitude, fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
