- Working Experience on Dell Power edge servers BIOS, iDRAC firmware update
- Working Experience on Dell power edge servers Hardware replacement procedure steps for Disk, raid controller card (PERC) , CPU and any physical components replacement process steps
- VxRail knowledge is required
- Vmware working experience and Basic Vmware cloud foundation VCF skillset
- Vxrail upgrades process and VCF vxrail upgrade procedure like SDDC manager ,Vcenter, Vxrail, NSX update
- Knowledge on CloudIQ (EMC monitoring tool)
- Knowledge on how to onboard Dell assets to SCG and CloudIQ
- Knowledge on Secure connection gateway SCG or ESRS connectivity for Dell assets
- Knowledge on Open manage enterprise tool (OME)
- Familiar on Service now for change requests, service requests
- Experience on Dell support portal to open the sev1/sev2/sev3 cases, escalation to next level in case of needed,
