Responsibilities
- Responsible for all company‘s decisions on major operational matters and lead the implementation of the company's resolutions.
- Develop corporate strategies and objectives, create corporate culture and promote the overall image of the company.
- Implement the company's overall strategies, explore market opportunities and lead innovation.
- Preside over and promote key management processes and regulations, make decisions on major matters, and become the representative of the company in major business, foreign affairs or other important activities.
- Responsible for the company's workforce construction, select middle-and-senior level management staff and preside over company's strategic meetings.
