Position Overview: We a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Accounts and Admin Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in supervising administrative staff in the daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an independent, proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility, who is also a team player with good communication skills. Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative accounting duties, such as invoice creation and key in receipts.
- Assist in ad-hoc finance matters when required.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel Office & Power Point.
- Familiarity in using QuickBooks Online (Accounting system) and MuRho inventory system would be advantage.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
