Responsibilities
- Responsible for following up on the maintenance and repair works of Food Courts and Coffeeshops.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the air-conditioning, exhaust fan, and fresh air systems in Food Courts and Coffeeshops.
- Liaising with outlet managers over daily issues faced in maintenance.
- Purchasing of maintenance parts when needed.
- Responsible for following up on existing maintenance contracts with external vendors.
Requirements
- Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills – including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess a basic command of the English language in order to send emails and liaise with external vendors.
- Minimum NITEC / 'O' Levels
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must possess Class 3 driving licence
