Job Scope:
- In charge of audio and visual systems, video conferencing system, digital recording system, and integration/ development of such systems and facilities.
- Involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions to enhance processes.
- The Manager will need to stay updated on technological advancements in this area, coordinate with IT professionals, and ensure the seamless operation of audio-visual, video conferencing and digital recording to support the proceedings.
- He / She will work with other managers and executives to manage the facilities in the company.
- Manage the audio visual, video conferencing and digital audio recording system in the hearing venues to ensure operational readiness.
- Put in place processes to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for audio visual, video conferencing and digital audio recording systems and operational checklists are adhered to.
- Ensure that the audio visual, video conferencing and digital audio recording systems are well-maintained and liaise with the vendors on the preventive and corrective actions to be taken.
- Provide technical expertise/ support to the team and troubleshoot complex issues when required.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in audio visual, video conferencing and digital audio recording technologies.
- Formulate and implement workflows to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Plan and manage the coordination work for major events which require audio visual and/ or video conferencing set-up.
- Conduct technical tour and briefing on court technologies for foreign delegates.
- Procure, manage and implement new projects to meet the needs of court users and stakeholders.
- Work with IT department to assess suitability for adoption, manage user requirements, and provide new solutions to bridge business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.
- Assist in the forecasting of yearly and recurring budget.
- Monitor and track expenditure, including certification of e-invoices.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of audio visual, video conferencing and digital audio recording systems.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to changes.
• Good time management with the ability to multi-task well.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary: $4800 - $5100 / month
Working hours:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Work Venue : Clarke Quay
